The brief
TechCorp came to us with a tired Magento 1 storefront, a brand that hadn't moved since 2014, and a mobile experience that was bleeding revenue. Their goal was simple to state and hard to do: rebuild the whole thing in nine months without losing a single SKU, customer or piece of SEO equity.
What we did
We led the project end-to-end across four streams running in parallel: brand refresh, design system, headless storefront, and content migration. Weekly demos kept the leadership team in the loop and let us course-correct fast.
The new front end runs on Next.js with a headless commerce backend, hosted on the edge. Pages render in under 800 ms on mobile networks, and the team ships marketing pages without engineering involvement using a custom CMS layer we built on top of their existing taxonomy.
